R&D SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing new products development projects (from marketing specification until serial production launch)
• Lead effectively and coordinate multi-discipline teams including (mechanical/electronic design, purchasing, industrialization, quality, logistic, sales)
• Assign tasks to the members of the project team and defines with them the realization objectives
• Responsible for quality compliance, cost/investments, lead time  achievement
• Report project milestones to site Top management
• Co-operate with operations during the project transfer to serial production.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience in R&D and project management
• Expertise in managing new product development initiatives
• Strong communication skills in multi-cultural teams
• Quick adaptability in changing environment
• Strong abilities in project planning and management
• High focus on agreed objectives and determination to achieve them
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Proven ability to work with team members on projects to achieve goals
• Fluent English knowledge (speaking and written)
